Yes, we are proud to be an in-network provider with multiple insurance companies. We are in-network with BCBS, Aetna, and United Healthcare.
If your insurance is not named above, we can look into your out-of-network benefits. Some people have more out of network benefits than they realize when it comes to mental health!
We recommend prospective clients call the number on the back of their insurance card and ask the following questions:
The 4 questions that you will want to ask an insurance representative:
Does your plan include “out-of-network” coverage for mental health?
What is your annual deductible for mental health benefits?
What is your co-insurance? (What percentage does the plan cover?)
Is there a limit on the number of sessions your plan will cover per year?
It is also helpful to find out how you can submit your Super Bills to your insurance, which Mighty Minds Therapy Center automatically provides for all clients via email.
Our online system takes payment via anything that acts like a credit/debit card so most HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
We are NOT in network with any medicare, medicaid or HMO plans.

We request 24 hours notice for non-emergent cancellations. Non-emergent cancellations within the 24 hours are subject to the full session rate. The short-notice cancellation fee will be waived in the event of an emergency.
-
The short answer is: it depends.
Therapy is a tool to help you access more tools within yourself. Every therapeutic journey is different! We tell clients that our goal is to provide support for as long as you need.
Some clients get what they need in 3-6 months. Others want to focus on new goals upon reaching their initial ones. Some people choose to stay in therapy long-term as a place to process week-to-week events.
Therapy is an incredibly individual process. Whenever you feel like you’ve gotten all you need, we’ll discuss wrapping up.Additionally, we’ve seen clients for years who decide to take a break and come back when they feel their anxieties rising or have other external circumstances that increase the need for therapy.
We are always happy to hear from past clients no matter how long it has been — whether you want to come back or simply send a life update via email.
-
Our therapeutic style is generally more active and goals-oriented. We aim to strike a balance between actively listening and holding space for you when you need to process your thoughts, while also equipping you with personalized, evidence-based tools to help you navigate your challenges. Our approach is always tailored to meet your unique needs.
